Hi thanks to Bertieone I'm now looking for Information on Samuel Grimmer and family He married my ancestor Minnie Pearce in St Nicholas Aberdeen 1902 Samuel was Lost at sea 1908 any Ideas for research and Suggestions Please for research in Scotland

There are a number of articles and obituaries in the Aberdeen and Dundee newspapers. Do you have access?

Afraid not Mary I have not done anything in Scotland ( I'ts a Dark Continent so far for me )

Deaths at sea 1781-1968 gave his birthplace as Scarborough. Registered Q3 1871, Volume 9D 324, and abode at time of death as 32 Prospect terrace Aberdeen.
