Mary Brown's Baptism Record
Since you did such a sterling job with Ellen Brown I wondered if you could help me find the baptism record of her sister Mary Brown as I have everything else. She was born on 30 Jul 1895 at 9 Eleanor St, Widnes. Parents were Henry Brown and Margaret Ann Mackin and I suspect that she too was a catholic.
Re: Mary Brown's Baptism Record
Unfortunately I can't find any baptisms online for Widnes, I've also checked my own CD's but have only burials for Widnes
The shop does sell a CD of baptisms for St Luke, Farnworth.

Re: Mary Brown's Baptism Record
Thanks anyway, I thought records from Widnes might be a problem. I've got a birth certificate for her so it was just the icing on the cake!
Re: Mary Brown's Baptism Record
There is a poster in Anc who has Mary Brown in his tree. Lists her in 1901 census Lpl and the birth year as you have stated in Widnes also her parents. Doesn't list 1911 where she is a milk maid 15 the only child born in Widnes. Not much help sorry.
