Edward Baxter, commemoration of WW1 Victoria Cross

This might be better in the military section, but here goes anyway.
The Great War Forum has a piece about a memorial to Edward Baxter, not a Liverpool-born native but one who worked here at Skerry's, the old secretarial college.
