Hello I have a death in my tree on FTM and on Anc but I have no idea where I got this information from.
I have recorded my great grandmother Martha POVALL as being resident at 24 Willoughby Street, Liverpool and she was buried on 20 May 1916 at the age of 40 in the above cemetery SEC 3-No 1789
I lost a lot of "stuff" that wasn't recognised when I uploaded my old GEDCOM file.
Where am I likely to have gotten this information from please?
I've since gone through my paper records and found printouts of family group sheets and other notes and emails going back to 2000.
But no note of where I got this from. Maybe somebody did a look up for me as people used to do that then on those Rootsweb lists and the like before we had all this online data. If so does anybody know where this kind of record could be found as it would be VERY useful to have? Do Liverpool FHS sell anything of this nature?
If you are sure it would have been West Derby Cemetery then yes the Burial Register will be held at the RO.

Pretty much all the Burial Registers are held at the RO, so wherever it is, that's where to look.
