It must have been updated, thanks for the new link, I'll update the original Bert.

A word of caution: the 'Garston Civic Memorial' on that site appears to be an amalgam of various other lists of names on memorials in Garston and beyond. Extensive research has not uncovered any 'Civic' memorial.
