The National Archives have created PDF files of some of their microfilmed records and placed them on their website, where they are available for download free of charge. Some of the files are very large and many pages.

I took a look at the link you provided, and straight away found files I would love to download.

As usual though, their site is a bit of a handfull to get around, but worth the trouble!
