Army World War I Records of Australian servicemen and women who served in World War I in the first Australian Imperial Force (AIF) are preserved in the National Archives.

Australian Navy Lists Navy Lists from 1905-79 are available free online at the Navy's own website. Though they are all in PDF format, earlier editions seem not be searchable [/url]
