In the census 1910 + 1 that has Harry Davies and Florette has that they have two children living, but they are not listed with them!

As Mary has said, the number could mean the number of weeks or days the patient had the condition. On my gg grandad's death cert it has 3 weeks, he had stood on a rusty nail at work, and died in The Southern hospital Toxteth 3 weeks later of tetanus. There is also a baptism of a daughter Catherine Ann Lloyd 27th June, birth date 27th April 1886 also at St Peter's Liverpool, I think she married Hunt Everton St Augustine 2nd Aug 1909.

In the census the same year as the directory, Mr Glynn is at Sefton House, he is listed under Dashper Edward Glynn. He died in 1918 at the same address.

1911 Gore's directory has

48 Ullet Road Edward Whitley
50 Ullet Road Glynn Dashper Ship owner "Sefton House"

A lot of the houses in that area are very big houses, a lot are converted into flats etc.
