Perhaps it means 'two buried' or 'three buried'. Not an idle comment, as I was surprised to find that many of the graves I was trying to locate for one person, in fact contained four family members in total.

Everton slum clearances.
Thank you all very much for the replies. I particularly enjoyed the photos, and will purchase that book. Sometimes it is hard to imagine what a city was like before demolition of some areas.

In perusing one item on this board I came across the above as an explanation for the disappearance of a street. Could anyone direct me to more detailed information about this. Much appreciated...Lorraine Daly.

Mary A re previous question.
Hi Mary,
I have had a quick look at the National Archives. They will come in handy for some areas of my research thank you. Fortunately I already subscribe to both Ancestry.com and Find my Past. But I will use it as another tool from time to time thank you.

Phyllis Wilson.
The information that I have is that she was only sick for three weeks. The family was only notified of her death by telegram. Very heartless I thought.

Various on Thelma Wilson and Briscoes.
Sorry all, I have only just found my way back to this page. Yes, I had all the family info. Sorry I put you to the trouble. I don't know whether my messages were really reaching you. I have already sent away for one death certificate, and will look seriously at who of the others I will select. Thank...

Thelma Wilson
Thanks Mary A. I have a letter from Thelma to my mother in October 1942 in which Thelma says that she will be 18 on Feb 10th, so that definitely places her birth in 1925. Can you direct me elsewhere??
Many thanks, Lorraine

My mother's cousin Thelma Wilson (b1925) lived in Liverpool in 1925 to 1942, at 116 Albert Edward Road Kensington, Liverpool. I have found her Marriage to Norman Kay in 1947 at St.Mary's Kirkdale. They had two children. Thelma would be around 85 now. My mother lost touch with her in the 1950's. Any ...
